Waiting at the bus stop
The other day I was waiting for a bus to take me home to BF and boy was it a long wait. Nope there were a lot of busses trodding along Taft no doubt about it. Hecklers were shouting their lungs out to get my attention, and since rush hour was yet at least 45 minutes away I had no trouble finding a ride. But did I ride? Nope. Why? Because as I scanned the Tas Trans' and Er Johns and San Agustins, there were no more seats available in the first three rows up front, either to the right or left of the ride. Freaky... I was willing to wait around in the middle of Manila pollution for a stupid front row seat. And then it got me thinking... heck yeah! If I'm gonna be bumped around for the next hour or so (depends on traffic), then might as well ride it up front! Thats like my life in a way, sometimes you just need to wait around the corner for that one perfect bus seat and hey no matter what happens in the bus you have no regrets because you waited for the best!
