Curly Top
I haven't combed or brushed my hair in three days! Hahaha! My friend Dayang instructed me to stop combing my hair. Yup I've finally accepted my destiny and embraced my real identity- that of being a natural curly top. My daily routine now includes washing my hair at night, I try not to every night though because its dryness will worsen and I might get a cold; then I sleep on it semi-damp so when I wake up- BOO! Every stand goes to its inate position of curves. Sometimes I put my hair in big curlers and blow dry it, then I just run my fingers through my hair and voila! Flashback to my mom's photo album in the late 50s! Down with rebonding! I just hope the frizziness gets better as my hair grows. What can I say... I'm enjoying the freedom of normalcy. No more comodification of hair!
